§ 8 Usage-based advertising content

(1) not applicable

(2) This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, the conversion tracking of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the advertising campaign data. We are interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Adwords on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

You can find more information about Google's privacy policy at the following Internet address: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

You can permanently deactivate cookies for ad preferences by preventing them by setting your browser software accordingly or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de

Please note that if you have deactivated the use of cookies, certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be available to a limited extent.

(3) Our website uses the functions of Google AdWords Remarketing, which we use to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your end device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you visit. The processing is carried out for the purpose and on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data in order to create target groups.

You can permanently deactivate the setting of cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Alternatively, you can obtain information from the Digital Advertising Alliance at the Internet address www.aboutads.info about the setting of cookies and make settings for this. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Further information and the data protection provisions regarding advertising and Google can be found here:

(4) Furthermore, the website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" through the pixel of Facebook Inc ("Facebook"). This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements ("Facebook ads") when they visit the Facebook social network or other websites that also use the process. We are interested in showing you advertisements that are of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our Internet presence or have clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible for the provider to find out and store your IP address and other identifying features.

If you do not want Facebook to assign the information collected directly to your Facebook profile, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our site or use the add-on provided by Facebook for your browser http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/. This allows you to block the loading of Facebook plugins.
You can find more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy.

The deactivation of the "Facebook Custom Audiences" function is available [here and] for logged-in users at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#möglich.

The processing is carried out for the purpose and on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information on data processing by Facebook can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

(5) This website uses the HotJar analysis service to improve user-friendliness and the customer experience. Mouse clicks as well as mouse and scroll movements can be recorded. Keystrokes made on this website can also be recorded. However, the recording is not personalized and therefore remains anonymous. HotJar does not record this data on pages that do not use the HotJar system. You can deactivate the HotJar service by contacting HotJar at https://www.hotjar.com/contact .

§ 8 Use of social media plug-ins

(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google Plus. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our website, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We give you the option of communicating directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is therefore transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the USA in the case of US providers). As the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.

(2) We have no influence on the data collected and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.

(3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. We offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users via the plug-ins so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

(4) Data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be assigned directly to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also saves this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this way you can avoid being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.

(5) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the data protection declarations of these providers provided below. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy.

§ 9 Payment methods

The legal basis for the processing of payments is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) and, if you have given your consent, lit. a) GDPR.

(1) Purchase on account

When paying via Paymorrow GmbH, personal data is transmitted to the payment service provider Paymorrow (Paymorrow GmbH, Alstertor 9, 20095 Hamburg) and processed there.

For the payment method "purchase on account" Paymorrow checks whether the customer request for purchase on account can be accepted with regard to possible payment and bad debt risks (acceptance check according to risk guidelines), or whether another payment method should be used in coordination with the online store operator. For this purpose, Paymorrow carries out its own acceptance check after activating the desired payment method purchase on account. For this purpose, an identity, creditworthiness and credit rating check is required at the credit agencies listed below.

The data processing serves the purpose of offering the selected payment method and the credit check required for this.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In the context of the identity check you agree that your personal data are transmitted for the purpose of the identity check by Paymorrow to the SCHUFA (SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden) and the SCHUFA will thereupon transmit the degree of the agreement of the personal data stored with it with the personal data indicated by you in percentage values as well as if necessary a reference to a past identity card-supported legitimation check carried out with the SCHUFA or another contracting party back to Paymorrow. Paymorrow can recognize thus on the basis of the transmitted agreement rates whether a person is stored under the address indicated by you in the data stock of the SCHUFA. A further data exchange or a transmission of deviating addresses as well as a storage of your data in the SCHUFA data stock does not take place. For reasons of proof, only the fact that the address has been checked is stored at SCHUFA.

The following personal data is required from you in order to carry out the credit check as part of the acceptance check: Salutation, first and last name; place of residence (street, house number, postal code, city); date of birth; telephone number. The use, processing and passing on of the aforementioned personal data by the online store operator and Paymorrow as well as the passing on of this data by Paymorrow to the named credit agencies for the purpose of the credit check requires your consent.

As part of the ordering process, you will therefore be asked to consent to the storage, processing and use of your personal data by the online store operator or Paymorrow for the purpose of credit checks and to the forwarding of this data to credit agencies, including the forwarding of data to third parties.

Paymorrow reserves the right to transmit personal data to service providers or financial partners commissioned by Paymorrow for the above-mentioned purposes or to grant them access to it, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of their tasks.

Of course we respect the customer's decision not to give his consent. In this case, however, neither the online store operator nor Paymorrow can comply with the customer's request for a purchase on account.

For the creditworthiness check Paymorrow or partner companies commissioned by Paymorrow transmit your address data within the scope of the legally permissible and under consideration of your respective interests worthy of protection in the exclusion of the transmission or use with registration to the invoice purchase if necessary to credit reference agencies for the creditworthiness and credit check. We obtain information on the customer's previous purchasing and payment behavior and creditworthiness information based on mathematical-statistical procedures using address data (scoring - to calculate payment probabilities) from the following credit agencies for the purpose of creditworthiness and credit checks, which store data for the purpose of providing information:

Bürgel, Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, Gasstraße 18, D-22761 Hamburg, Tel.: +49 (0) 40 - 89 80 3 - 0, Fax: -777;

CEG, Creditreform Consumer GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, D-41460 Neuss, Tel.: +49(0)2131-109-501, Fax: -557;

Deltavista, Deltavista GmbH, Freisinger Landstr. 74, D-80939 Munich, Tel.: +49 (0)89 - 7244880, Fax: - 22;

infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Data Protection Department, Rheinstraße 99, D-76532 Baden-Baden, Fax: +49 (7221) 5040-3201;

"Real" Inform GmbH, Normannenweg 32, 20537 Hamburg, Fax: +49 40 23 88 14-59.

You can request the data stored about you by the respective credit agencies from the aforementioned credit agencies. In addition, data about the conclusion of a contract, the application, the beginning and/or the termination of a contractual relationship can be transmitted to the named credit agencies. Likewise the online store operator / Paymorrow can communicate to the credit agencies data about a possible, non-contractual behavior. The credit agencies store these data in order to be able to provide their contractual partners with information for the assessment of the creditworthiness of customers or about the address of the customer for the determination of debtors if a justified interest can be credibly demonstrated. Paymorrow ensures that the named credit agencies process and/or use your personal data exclusively within the scope of the purpose "creditworthiness and credit check".

The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract with the payment method you have requested. Failure to provide the data means that the contract cannot be concluded with the payment method you have selected.

(2) PayPal

The data controller has integrated PayPal components on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts, which are virtual private or business accounts. PayPal also offers the option of processing virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. PayPal also assumes trustee functions and offers buyer protection services.

The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

By selecting this payment option, the data subject consents to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.

The personal data transmitted to PayPal is usually first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, cell phone number or other data required for payment processing. Personal data that is necessary for processing the purchase contract is also data that is related to the respective order.

The purpose of transmitting the data is to process payments and prevent fraud. The controller will transmit personal data to PayPal in particular if there is a legitimate interest in the transmission. The personal data exchanged between PayPal and the controller may be transmitted by PayPal to credit reference agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness.

PayPal may pass on the personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors if this is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed on behalf of PayPal.

The data subject has the option of withdrawing consent to the handling of personal data from PayPal at any time. A revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing. The applicable data protection provisions of PayPal may be retrieved under http://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full .

(3) IMMEDIATE TRANSFER / Klarna
