§ 8 Usage-based advertising content
(1) Not applicable
(2) This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking from Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google AdWords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an AdWords ad served by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie in your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google AdWords on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield," which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.

Please note that certain features of this website may not be available or may be limited if you have disabled cookies.
(3) Our website uses the functions of Google AdWords Remarketing, which we use to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites. The provider is Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). For this purpose, Google places a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Processing is carried out for the purpose and on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Any further data processing will only take place if you have agreed to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize the ads you see on the web. In this case, if you are logged into Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. To do this, Google will temporarily link your personal data with Google Analytics data to form target groups.
You can permanently disable the setting of cookies for ad preferences by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/
Alternatively, you can find out more about cookies and adjust your settings at the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info. (4) Furthermore, the website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" through the pixel of Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements ("Facebook Ads") when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use this process. Our aim in doing so is to show you advertisements that are of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address and other identifying features.
If you do not want Facebook to immediately associate the collected information with your Facebook profile, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our site or use the add-on provided by Facebook for your browser http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/. This allows you to block the loading of Facebook plugins.
For more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard, and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy.
The "Facebook Custom Audiences" feature can be deactivated [here and] for logged-in users athttps://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#möglich.

HotJar does not record this data on pages that do not use the HotJar system. You can deactivate the HotJar service bycontactingHotJar athttps://www.hotjar.com/contact.
Section 8 Use of social media plug-ins
(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google Plus. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We give you the option of communicating directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Only when you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. In addition, the data mentioned in § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers, in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via your browser's security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.
(2) We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
(3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. The plug-ins offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, enabling us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
(4) Data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, the data we collect will be directly associated with your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click on the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this will prevent your profile from being assigned to the plug-in provider.
(5) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the privacy policies of these providers, which are listed below. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy.

§ 9 Payment methods
The legal basis for processing payments is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) and, if you have given your consent, lit. a) GDPR.
(1) Purchase on account
When paying via Paymorrow GmbH, personal data is transferred to the payment service provider Paymorrow (Paymorrow GmbH, Alstertor 9, 20095 Hamburg, Germany) and processed there.
For the "purchase on account" payment method, Paymorrow checks whether the customer's request to purchase on account can be accepted with regard to any payment and default risks (acceptance check in accordance with risk guidelines), or whether a different payment method should be used in consultation with the online shop operator. To this end, Paymorrow carries out its own acceptance check after the desired payment method "Purchase on account" has been selected. This requires an identity, creditworthiness, and credit check with the credit agencies listed below.
Data processing serves the purpose of offering the selected payment method and performing the necessary credit check.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until revocation.
As part of the identity verification process, you consent to Paymorrow transmitting your personal data to SCHUFA (SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden) for the purpose of identity verification, and SCHUFA will then transmit the degree of correspondence between the personal data stored by SCHUFA and the personal data provided by you in percentage values, as well as, if applicable, a reference to a previous ID-based legitimacy check carried out by SCHUFA or another contractual partner, back to Paymorrow. Paymorrow can thus use the transmitted matching rates to determine whether a person is stored in the SCHUFA database at the address you have provided. No further data exchange or transmission of different addresses or storage of your data in the SCHUFA database will take place. For verification purposes, only the fact that the address has been checked with SCHUFA will be stored.
The following personal data is required from you in order to carry out the credit check as part of the acceptance check: title, first and last name; place of residence (street, house number, postal code, city); date of birth; telephone number. The use, processing, and disclosure of the aforementioned personal data by the online shop operator and Paymorrow, as well as the disclosure of this data by Paymorrow to the aforementioned credit agencies for the purpose of credit checks, requires your consent.
During the ordering process, you will therefore be asked to consent to the storage, processing, and use of your personal data by the online shop operator or Paymorrow for the purpose of credit checks and to the transfer of this data to credit agencies, including the transfer of data to third parties.
Paymorrow reserves the right to transfer personal data to service providers or financial partners commissioned by Paymorrow for the above-mentioned purposes or to grant them access to such data, insofar as this is necessary for the performance of their tasks.
We naturally respect the customer's decision not to give their consent. In this case, however, neither the online shop operator nor Paymorrow can comply with the customer's request to purchase on account.
For the purpose of credit checks, Paymorrow or partner companies commissioned by Paymorrow may, within the limits of what is legally permissible and taking into account your respective interests worthy of protection in the exclusion of transmission or use when registering for purchase on account, transfer your address data to credit agencies for credit and creditworthiness checks. We obtain information on the customer's previous purchasing and payment behavior and creditworthiness information based on mathematical-statistical methods using address data (scoring - to calculate payment probabilities) for the purpose of creditworthiness and credit checks from the following credit agencies, which store data for the purpose of providing information:
Bürgel, Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, Gasstraße 18, D-22761 Hamburg, Tel.: +49 (0) 40 - 89 80 3 - 0, Fax: -777;
CEG, Creditreform Consumer GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, D-41460 Neuss, Tel.: +49(0)2131-109-501, Fax: -557;
Deltavista, Deltavista GmbH, Freisinger Landstr. 74, D-80939 Munich, Tel.: +49 (0)89 - 7244880, Fax: - 22;

"Real" Inform GmbH, Normannenweg 32, 20537 Hamburg, Fax: +49 40 23 88 14-59.
You can request the data stored about you by the respective credit agencies from the agencies mentioned. In addition, data relating to the conclusion of the contract, the application, the commencement and/or termination of a contractual relationship may be transmitted to the aforementioned credit agencies. Likewise, the online shop operator/Paymorrow may provide the credit agencies with data relating to any non-contractual behavior. The credit agencies store this data in order to be able to provide their contractual partners with information for assessing the creditworthiness of customers or the customer's address for debtor identification purposes, provided that a legitimate interest is credibly demonstrated. Paymorrow ensures that the aforementioned credit agencies process and/or use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of "creditworthiness and credit checks."
The provision of data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract with your preferred payment method. Failure to provide this data will result in the contract not being concluded with your chosen payment method.
(2) PayPal
The controller has integrated components from PayPal on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts, which are virtual private or business accounts. PayPal also offers the option of processing virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. A PayPal account is managed via an email address, which is why there is no traditional account number. PayPal enables online payments to be made to third parties or payments to be received. PayPal also performs trustee functions and offers buyer protection services.
The European operating company of PayPal is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

By selecting this payment option, the data subject consents to the transmission of personal data required for payment processing.
The personal data transmitted to PayPal usually includes first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number, mobile phone number, or other data necessary for payment processing. Personal data related to the respective order is also necessary for the execution of the purchase contract.
The purpose of transferring the data is to process payments and prevent fraud. The controller will transfer personal data to PayPal in particular if there is a legitimate interest in doing so. The personal data exchanged between PayPal and the controller may be transferred by PayPal to credit agencies. The purpose of this transfer is to verify identity and creditworthiness.
PayPal may disclose personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or the data is to be processed on behalf of PayPal.
The data subject has the option of revoking their consent to the processing of personal data by PayPal at any time. Revocation does not affect personal data that must be processed, used, or transmitted for the purpose of (contractual) payment processing.
