Terms of Use – Miralina Influencer Inbox

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the internal application Miralina Influencer Inbox (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), operated by Miralina GmbH exclusively for its own business purposes.

The App is not publicly available and is not intended for end users who can register. It is used for the internal processing of Instagram direct messages from the account @miralina.halalsweets by authorized employees.

3. Authorized Users

Access to the App is restricted exclusively to authorized employees of Miralina GmbH or contractually engaged freelancers subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

4. Functionality

The App enables authorized users to: - read incoming Instagram DMs sent to @miralina.halalsweets - classify messages (customer, influencer, spam, etc.) - view AI-generated suggested replies (via Anthropic’s Claude API) - send manually approved replies via the Instagram Graph API

The App does not act autonomously — every outgoing message is reviewed and approved by a human.

5. User Obligations

Authorized users undertake to: - process data exclusively for the intended business purposes - maintain confidentiality - not disclose any data to third parties - comply with Miralina GmbH’s privacy policies and the Meta Platform Terms

6. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows and outages affecting third-party providers (Supabase, Meta, Anthropic) may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Liability

The App is provided “as available.” Miralina GmbH is liable solely in cases of intent and gross negligence. The party communicating is solely responsible for the content of incoming and outgoing messages.

8. Data Protection

Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is always available at this URL.

10. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
